How to shrink the file size of a Word document Print

We are going to lower the resolution of the images that are placed in the document to help with the large file size.

1. With the image selected click on the Format Picture tab.

2. The select Compress Pictures.

3. Choose the settings below and select OK.

4. Save your document. Your file size should now be much smaller than before.
