1. Go to the Contacts module in CR and search for the client involved in the Incident report.



2. Type in the name of the client and click on their name.



3. Once on their Dashboard, go to their Notes and Forms widget. Click on the top bar and then down to View all Client's Notes.



4. Do a search for Incident Report. The click on the report you need to fill out.



5. Next, select Note/Form at the top to edit the form.



6. Please fill out the entire form and when done click Save and Lock at the bottom.
