When converting or adding an auth your appointments, please do so by going into the appointment and clicking convert. Do not click the Quick Convert blue lightning icon at the top left corner of the appointment box from your schedule. The quick convert shortcut, adds the auth code to the timesheet and not the appointment impacting the auditing tools. The steps to convert calendar appointments are listed below.
1. Click on the appointment that you want to add an auth to and convert (not the blue icon at the top left). Next click on Full Details.
2. Scroll down to the Authorization and Billing section and click on Add.
3. Click on the Authorized Codes tab. Next select the Use This button on the correct auth code you want to apply to the appointment.
4. With the auth applied to the appointment, click on Update Appointment at the bottom left.
5. Back at the top, click on Convert.
6. Next click on Convert to Timesheet.
7. Make sure that the Service Code is correct then click on Save & Return.
Note: As stated above when using the Quick Convert icon, only the timesheet will get the auth and the appointment will get converted with out it being applied.
