Creating Labels:


1. To create or edit labels in CR please login and go to the Contacts section. Once there click on the gear icon to the right of "Organization Labels".



2. In the new window select, "New Label". 


3. Next, enter the name you would like the label to have.


4. Now choose the parent label this label will be stored under. For example, a PD label would have their CD as the parent label.


5. Double check your work and select, "Update Label".



Deleting Labels:


Note: Once a label is deleted there is no way to restore it. Use caution when deleting.


1: Click on the gear icon next to "Organization Labels".


2. Select the label you want to delete under the, "Choose Label" row.


3. Click on the, "I'm Sure" box and then "Remove".
