1. If you go into CR and click on Clinical – Sessions – there’s a tab called “Group Sessions” in a light gray font in the top right corner.

2. Click that link and it will take you to a page to create a group session. You can choose to make a “classroom” (create a classroom) or make a one-time group (Individual clients) Both are super snappy to create.

  • Type in the client code
  • Choose the session to add to the session
  • Repeat for each client to add.
  • Click “Start Session”

3. This will then take you to a data session that looks like this:

4. Once you are done, you graph all, end the session and it goes into the client data book just like normal. Each client is separate and tracks just like if they had an individual session. Client data does not intermingle.

Key things to note:

  • You can choose 2-6 clients for a group session.
  • Group sessions CANNOT be shared. The person who makes it, is the person who takes the data on the group session (under their account).  If you make a group session, nobody else will be able to access it.
    • Sups can help BTs set these up under their accounts if they are supporting groups in the clinic.
  • If you create a “classroom” for regular groups and a client is absent; if you do not graph the data, running the session will not impact your data. It will be as if you did not run it.
    • You can edit classrooms (add/remove clients) you have already created easily by clicking on the pencil.
  • If you create one-time groups, then you can add the clients who are there and easily add in a new client.

Please reach out to me if you need any support or have any questions. It’s a great tool we can use to make our clinic sessions run more smoothly.
